I did a spinning class at Gold's Gym this morning. I think these classes will really help with my endurance and stamina. And they also seem to aid in my inter-run recovery. It's intense physical activity but it's also low-impact.
Today't class was one of the more intense I have taken. The instructor used just about every technique I'm familiar with (runs, jogs, sprints, jumps, glides, etc.). There was a 7+ minute climb section that was a real killer.
When it was done, I was super sweaty, but my legs felt great!
