Did a typical run around the golf course this morning. I was feeling a little achey, so it wasn't the best run. The battery on the Garmin was very low because I forgot to charge it, so I wasn't able to see my time as I was running (it would get stuck on one time for 10 or 20 seconds and then jump to catch up). It's interesting how different it is to run without that contstant feedback. I wonder if I could be able to run without my Garmin and my iPod...?
